MARIE's...HERE

Marie has finally arrived. Very early Thursday morning-1:39am; 19 inches long and 7 lb. 9 oz. Details may come later-for now you just get to look!

Past due..

NO baby yet-but thought I should make a post anyway. This baby keeps tricking me, I get what I think are contractions-but she's just kidding and it's just hard..because I get excited then dissapointed and certainly don't sleep as well as I would have otherwise. Plus lately Brandon's been waking up between 5:50-6:00am instead of 6:25 and Tyler's been waking up with Brandon instead of around 7am so yeah that's just great.

I got a picture of the boys kissing my tummy-I got one of Brandon kissing Tyler in the belly-so I thought I'd make it a tradition-too bad you totally can't see their faces-but the point is that their kissing the baby!

Then today I tried to take a picture of myself to show how big I really am..still people tell me I'm too little to be past my due date-so I should be thankful..I don't feel big I just feel tired of being pregnant!

Okay so the pics are being lamo-and I already took the camera back downstairs-so that's too be continued~!

Oh and we got the swimming pool out yesterday. It was Brandon's friend picked him up to go swimming and Tyler really wanted to go-but I didn't want to go..so we got the pool out for him, I think he had a great time!

Still NO baby

This baby is sort of making me cranky! Last Thursday I had some pretty big cramps that I thought were contractions but only had 3 and then nothing-so that was dissapointing..I was sort of scared, then excited, then disapointed..bummer.

Yesterday all day I had cramps, not big ones I knew they weren't contractions-it was just like menstrual cramps but not too bad..birth control ones not heavy ones I can hardly remember having. Then last night about 11pm they got stronger every once in a while but I did my best to just sleep through them-I figured if it were real labor I'd wake up before it was too late. It's sort of good she didn't come because it was a WAY rough night with the boys-Eric didn't go to bed until about 1am I think and he has to be in at 6:30am this week..but I think Brandon woke up at least 3 times, 1 time he peed on the carpet because he didn't make it to the bathroom and Tyler woke up 2 times I think and 1 time his diaper leaked and he needed a new pair of pajamas..poor guy-referring to Eric because I know he got almost NO sleep. I just did NOT feel good and didn't want to get out of bed-he knew that but after so many trips upstairs I started feeling sort of bad.

And again today I've got mild cramps. The cramps make me cranky towards others-plus it's just annoying..come out already if you're going to do this to me for the next week I'm not sure what I'm going to do!

Shanna's Wedding

Saturday was Shanna's wedding..I'm still pregnant so everything worked out traveling! Yeah! It was a nice day and it was fun.

Friday night we were looking forward to spending some time with Shanna which ended up being sparse-but we survived. We drug them into play 9 hole golf with us-so that we could see them. Even though when they are together-they are TOGETHER and don't give much mind to those around them..but hopefully it'll be different now that they are married.

All I remember is doing the night before I was married-was reception decorations -because my Aunts didn't think we had it fancy enough-and I'm glad they stepped in. And Eric took a picture of me in boxers nairing my legs..not the coolest memories but memories I mean that was about 7 years ago.

Just being in Utah surrounded by family was fun, I stayed up WAY past my normal pregnant bedtime and felt it by Sunday. The boys got to stay up really late so we'll see how getting back into our normal routine goes. Tyler was extra cranky because I know he was tired-but I think it was all worth it.

In the Temple-for the ceremony-it was awesome that all the siblings and their spouses were there that didn't happen for any wedding ceremonies for our family-and since Shanna is the baby-this was her first wedding, so that was really nice.

The reception went well, the boys just played in the nursery most of the time-and ran in to make sure we were still there..so that wasn't too bad. The decorations and food I think got better with each wedding-they were very nice and I hope to see some pictures with the backdrop I think it looked awesome.

So the weekend went well-it was very fun times with family-though not sure when we're all going to be together again and that's sad. The Myrup side of the family is turning into the Lambarth side-where we're spread out all over and don't get to see each other very often.

The picture of Dan and Shanna at the top is the only picture we got of them-because our camera batteries died, and then it was professional picture time-and I don't know-but we got that one and this kissing video!

Holy Smokes

A LOT has happened in the past week. I'm trying to decide if I want a honkin post or if I want to break it up--not sure but I'll start from furthest away activities.

First up is Eric's birthday it was on Wednesday..but because I knew I had mutual I decided for him that we were celebrating it on Tuesday to make it easier and less stressful for me. I made his favorite dinner-lasagna, a chocolate chocolate cake and home made ice cream. Holy cow were the boys super excited for the ice cream!

I have never seen anybody SOOOO excited it was crazy!

Then on Eric's actual birthday I sort of forgot-but he's a good sport about it..thanks Eric for being loving and understanding.

Wednesday night the Young Women totally surprised me and threw me a baby shower, totally unexpected and it was really fun! The games were fun, the organization was great-and it was just really a lot of fun and the ladies got me a lot of good useful gifts. Thank you.

Thursday night I had my planned baby shower. There was a big turn out and it was fun talking with everybody. She certainly has things to wear, will have a good bath time and smell nice and I even get to soak in a tub and smell yummy afterwords! Thanks Jana and Karen for putting that together for me-it was really awesome and I really appreciate it!

On Friday we actually got some updated pictures of the family and the boys-even though I'm sure there's some great ones from Shanna's wedding that aren't on my camera..here they are.

Can never get everybody happy!

That's NOT my baby!

Yesterday Eric put the crib up for me-he was trying to jinx me I think, but it didn't work I'm still pregnant!

I know I have a bunch of pictures for 1 thing but it's just so cute and I'm so proud-so I have to show it off!

That's NOT my new baby! Who is this child that wants to be in the crib?

He's a BIG BOY! Tyler thinks jumping in the crib is cool and he can even climb out all by himself!

This is how it really is the first little bit (until they can roll over)-they sleep in the changing table of the pack n' play, though it's never been attached to the pack n' play before..I love it because they can sleep in the crib or anywhere else in the house I need them to and it's the same thing for the child!

Nervous

I'm getting nervous-last night I thought maybe contracions were starting-it was just a crampy feeling and everytime I could really feel it I'd look at the clock but I knew it really wasn't the real deal-and didn't want it to be, but sort of did.

I really don't want to have this baby when the boys are in bed-it's just going to make things all the more complicated.

I am getting nervous though-it's have the baby today or tomorrow or not for 10 days-and it's just scary thinking of it like that. I'd like to have my baby shower still pregnant.

This week seems so busy-I've got a doctor's appointment-duh, I've got another trip to the dentist, trying to squeeze in visiting teaching, and the baby shower-hopefully all these things will help this week fly by!
